Brooke Nelson is the founder of Transformative Spacing, a home staging and interior redesign company that uses organizational and interior styling techniques to create beautiful yet efficient interiors.
In a span of 12 years Brooke moved 11 times. With every move came numerous transitions but one thing stayed constant, which Brooke believes got her through all of it – living in a space that was organized and reflected who she was.
Brooke started Transformative Spacing because she wanted to help people during transitional periods of their lives. Her background in design and coaching has given her the expertise to help clients create a comfortable, organized and beautiful space they love and a systematic lifestyle they can maintain. Having the additional experience of buying and selling properties Brooke helps her clients stage their homes so that they receive best possible return on investment.
Brooke is an antiques fanatic and it shines through her work. Whether it's her rental inventory or in her design work Brooke tries to find ways to showcase history while moving into the future. Re-use, recycle and repurpose is her M.O. Finding old items and using them in a way they were not intended is what drives her.
When Brooke is not out antiquing you can find her discovering more of what Hudson Valley has to offer with her dog, Redd. Favorites include swimming, hiking, listening to music and dancing.
Brooke holds certifications through the National Association of Productivity and Organizing (NAPO) in Life Transitions and Residential Organizing and through Home Staging Resource in Home Staging and Redesign. Brooke is a member of Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR) and NAPO New York.
